Western Spices, Penang

Earthquake happened at Sumatra, we were expecting tsunami to hit Penang at around 8pm. While most people were at home, some of us went to have dinner at Western Spices near Esplanade. (Address at the end of the post). Western Spices used to be at Burmah Road but currently occupying a neatly quaint space right in town. So on nights where there are bands playing, a different set of menu is given.
We picked from this menu

Band for the night!
As you can see it was a lonely night because of the tsunami alert, so we had the place to ourselves and we get to dedicate alot of songs through the singers of the night. Had abit of a chat as well.

Most of us took lamb shank and steak set and here it is..... love the appetizer.
 The ebiko scallop was divine!

Ebiko Scallop
Soup of the day was pretty good, it was asparagus or some vegetable creamy soup.

Stinco Di Agnello Set - RM65.90+

Rib Eye Set - Rm89.90 +
I didn't quite like the cake, it was just not my type of cake . Sigh!

With each set comes an appetizer, dessert and coffee or tea.
